Each Painted Day
Each Painted Day is a written sketchbook – created from hand written notes made from observing the landscape in Dorset, England, across the days of a year.
It is an intimate noticing of the changing hues and character of the countryside, as the light intensifies and wanes through the seasons.
The words act in the same way as a sketch - distilling the essence of a moment – to become a starting point for a natural abstract or landscape painting
A series of paintings created from the notes will form an exhibition to be held in the Dorset countryside.
